Autism Awareness
Families will gain greater understanding of autism and learn about supports available within Memphis-Shelby County Schools. The Exceptional Children team will share resources, and special guests Kia (Kia Shine) and Queen Coleman will discuss their journey as parents of a child with autism. This session is designed to inspire, inform, and strengthen family-school partnerships.
Warning Signs of Dyslexia
Families will learn how to recognize early signs of dyslexia, understand how it impacts reading and learning, and explore ways to support their child’s success at home and in school.
I-Ready Support for Families
