- Snowden and Whitehaven ES portables have been demolished.
- Quotes have been received and are under review for the replacement of the HVAC door that was stolen. This will finish out their HVAC project.
- Havenview drainage project is complete.
- Trezevant updates: painting complete, window wraps approved by Communications, countertops installed in labs, blinds arriving next week.
- Alton security center fire alarm system being installed.
- Raleigh-Egypt HS plan being created to for start-of-school while HVAC project in progress (completion by end of 2024).
- Westwood HS window amendment, Treadwell auditorium renovations, and Board acceptance of US Dept. Energy grant for Riverview renovation are on the Board schedule for July.
August
- Sherwood ES and Oak Forest ES portables have been demolished.
- Bids are being released for Keystone roof, AB Hill roof, Dexter roof, Bolton roof.
- Peabody ES and Cummings renovations have been completed.
- Raleigh Egypt MS gym floor, Wells Station and Craigmont MS foundation repairs, and the Westwood HS roof are on the August agenda.
- Cherokee ES HVAC replacement complete.
- Alton Security Center complete.
