As Shelby County Schools works to Reimagine 901, the District remains inspired that our community partners are just as committed to supporting our students. Academy Sports and Outdoors delivered $10,000 with of goods stuffed in a bus, for nine select schools:

“A huge thank you to Academy Sports & Outdoors for being a partner and stepping up for our students,” said Superintendent Dr. Joris M. Ray. “This type of dedication is fundamental in providing resources that are beneficial in-and-out of the classroom. This is a win-win for our athletes.”
The products distributed included sports equipment, gift cards, back-to-school products and games.
