Students graduating in the 2024-25 school year have been asked to respond to a Graduate Survey to share their post-secondary plans and provide feedback on how MSCS can better prepare students for their futures. A PDF of the full survey can be found 
here. Results will be posted here during Fall 2025.
Graduates who are 18 or older can take the Graduate Survey at this link or QR code:
Graduates who are under 18 will require parental consent to participate. Parents can log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal, click on their graduate, then click on “Forms” to find the “Consent for Graduate Survey” form. A link to take the Graduate Survey will be shown upon completion of the consent form and directions will also be emailed to the graduate.
