Family
It is critical that a strong relationship is built between school and home. Children learn best when their families and teachers are engaged in collaboration and shared goal-setting. Our program provides all families with access to ReadyRosie, a family engagement and early learning resource that as been shown to have positive impacts on family behaviors and child outcomes. Ready Rosie provides:
- Over 1,500 mobile-friendly videos that show real families modeling fun activities that support classroom learning in authentic ways
- Over 80 research and answer videos that provide bite-sized learning from the leading voices in education
- Ready-made, interactive family workshops and resources
Families will receive additional information about accessing Ready Rosie from your child’s teacher or your Family Engagement Specialist. All families are encouraged to take advantage of Ready Rosie, which will remain available to your family until your child reaches the third grade.
