Strategies in Action
is Dr. Roderick F. Richmond’s biweekly communication for MSCS teachers, designed to provide timely, actionable guidance and resources that support the work happening in classrooms every day.
Each issue connects educators to District academic priorities, instructional updates, professional resources, student supports, and other information intended to strengthen teaching and learning. Topics also highlight the systems and services available to help educators support the whole child and create the conditions for every student to succeed.
Through Strategies in Action, Dr. Richmond reinforces a shared focus on strong instruction, effective teaching practices, student engagement, and the District’s Pathway to Greatness.
