The superintendent is directed to establish and maintain an orderly plan for making accessible the Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards of the State Board of Education.1
The current Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards shall be kept on file in an easily accessible place in each school library during normal school hours.
