The Board of Education recognizes that one of the greatest resources of the school is the people of the community who have special knowledge and particular talents to contribute to the school program. The Board, therefore, encourages the use of community resources and citizens to assist in furthering the educational program. Each principal should survey the resources available in the school community, and plan for their involvement in the school program.
All resource people invited into the classroom to speak with students must have prior approval of the principal.
