A comprehensive school guidance and counseling program shall be incorporated into the curriculum of all schools K-12 to assist students in making informed and responsible decisions regarding career goals, academic choices and civic responsibilities.

The school guidance and counseling program will deliver services through skill development, individual planning, responsive services, and system support.
