In compliance with state and federal laws, the Shelby County Board of Education prohibits the possession, use, purchase or sale of or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol by any student on school property or at any school sponsored activity.
Furthermore, the selling or giving of any substance to another student under the guise of it being a controlled substance or prescription drug is prohibited and violations will be treated as a drug offense.
