The permittee shall be responsible for the conduct of persons attending a meeting in a school building and shall see to it that activities are confined to the areas covered by the permit. Misconduct on the part of attendants shall be deemed sufficient reason for canceling existing permits or for refusal to grant additional permits.

Smoking in school buildings is prohibited by the law and the use of alcoholic beverages on school property also is prohibited.
