SCHOOL SITE AND FLOOR PLANS



  1. Shelby County Schools will notify in writing the appropriate emergency agencies such as sheriff, police, fire and emergency management departments, that the Site/Floor Plan web site is available. This site is secure and access depends on meeting the conditions below.

  2. Agencies wishing to access the Site/Floor Plan web site must request permission in writing on official letterhead to the Chief of Operations.

  3. Upon receiving such request, personnel designated by the emergency agency will be scheduled for training by Shelby County Schools' personnel.

  4. Passwords for access to the web site will be assigned during training and will be controlled by Shelby County Schools.

  5. Shelby County Schools will change passwords upon written request from the agency.

  6. Two (2) simultaneous users will be allowed. Requests for more than two (2) simultaneous users must be submitted to the Chief of Operations and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  7. Users will be given permission to print from the web site. This site will be updated periodically as necessary. Users will be notified when modifications have been made via posting of "Last Updated M/D/Y" on the web site.
