Registration for the 2006-2007 School Year

Important Information

Registration Guidelines:

All students, new and returning, must provide 2 items from

the proof of residence list. Acceptable items for proof of residence are as follows:

 

1. Sales Contract on a home

2. Real Estate Tax Receipt

3. Mortgage Information (contingency agreements are not accepted)

4. MLGW bill or turn-on receipt (cable, Germantown water or phone bills will not be accepted)

5. A rental contract

Parents living with someone else must complete the proof of residence form, and notarized

letter for proof of residence.

The homeowner or lessee must accompany the parent/guardian to school and provide

2 proofs of residence. The parents then have 10 days form the date of registration

to provide their own proof of residence.
