Battery on School Personnel (Policy 6217)
Any student who commits battery on any Shelby County School employee will be expelled for one (1) calendar year, one hundred eighty (180) school days, except where modified by the superintendent, and will be referred to the appropriate law enforcement agency. (T.C.A.§49-6-4018)
