AREAS OFF LIMITS TO STUDENTS

1. After arriving at school, students should not loiter in parking areas. During school (including lunch period) student must have an authorized pass signed by an administrator or a check out slip in order to return to their automobiles.
   
   
2. Students should not be in any room set aside for staff only (teacher work areas, restrooms or custodial offices)
   
   
3. At lunchtime, with exception of the library, all instructional buildings are off limits. This includes stairways and hallways. In cold weather students are to remain in the cafeteria.
   
   
4. Only the restrooms in the vocational building are monitored and open for student use during their lunch period. All others are off limits.
   
   
5. Loitering behind or between buildings, in restrooms, in hallways, and on stairways is not permitted.
   
   
6. No students are to be in any buildings including gyms, after 2:20, unless they are under the direct supervision of a coach or faculty member participating in a school activity such as tutoring, drama, band, ROTC, athletic practice, cheerleading, etc.
   
   
7. Students who are sick may not loiter in a restroom. Illness should be reported to the nurse / attendance office for parent contact.
   
   
8. Upperclassmen may be in the Freshman Academy classroom areas only if they have an assigned class or have a note from a teacher or administrator.
   
   
9. Freshmen should not be in the main building before or after school. They may be in the main building only if they have an assigned class, attendance or main office business with a signed hall pass from a teacher or administrator.
