HMS Registration Information

7:30 a.m. - 12:p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Returning students, this includes incoming 6th grade students from our feeder schools, should arrive for registration by 7:30 a.m. 6th grade students will report to the cafeteria and 7th and 8th grade students will report to the gym. Students will be sent to their homeroom classrooms where they will provide their proof of residency and receive their class schedules. Students will be dismissed at approximately 9:00 a.m. for pick up. Seventh and eighth grade students should be picked up in the bus lane. Sixth grade students will be picked up in the parking lot by the soccer field and gym (main entrance).

Student schedules will only be released to another student with a note from the absent student's parent.

Students new to HMS that have not pre-registered will meet in the library. For faster registration, it is recommended that students new
to HMS register from 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m or 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m..

All students must purchase an Agenda Bwwook from the school. They can be purchased on Registration Day for $7.00.

All students must bring two proofs of residency. All documents must show parent/guardian's name and address to prove residency.

Items Accepted for Proof of Residency

1. Sale Contract (contingency agreements will not be accepted)

2. Real Estate Tax Receipt

3. Mortgage Information

4. Current Memphis Light Gas & Water Bill or Turn-on Receipt

5. Rental Contract

6. Letter from Military Housing
