Registration 2005 - 2006


When:
August 2, 2005 from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Who:
Only student(s) whose parent(s) or legal guardian(s) reside in Shadowlawn's attendance zone
will be able to enroll, unless a transfer request approval has been granted by Student Services.
How:
Each student must provide the original of two(2) approved forms for proof of residence.
 The approved items are: 
Sales Contract (contingency agreements not accepted)
Real Estate tax receipt
Mortgage information
MLGW bill (June or July) or a turn on receipt
Rental contract or lease agreement
Military housing letter

 

All students entering seventh (7th) grade must provide proof
of immunization for Hepatitis B in order to register!
