EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE REFERRAL PORTAL
The Employee Referral Portal is for use by SCS Principals, Managers and Supervisors only. The portal is used to submit disciplinary referrals to the Office of Professional Standards when the discipline or infraction has reached a level beyond a written reprimand.
A narrative of the infraction and all supporting documentation should be uploaded in the portal at the time the referral is submitted.
